As a true Outer Banks native, I’ve spent my life getting to know these communities, how they differ, and what makes each part of the OBX appeal to different buyers and sellers. That local knowledge helps clients narrow their focus, ask better questions, and feel more confident about the decisions they make.
Before real estate, I earned an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology and worked as a full-time kitchen and bath designer. That background still shapes how I look at homes today, whether I’m helping a seller prepare a property for the market or helping a buyer see the potential in a space.
