Our experience with Trish was well above any real estate experience we have ever encountered. Let me explain, Trish KNOWS the Outer Banks, she KNOWS where the properties are, she TAKES INTEREST in learning what you are looking for because she KNOWS it’s an important decision. She EXPLAINS the whole process and at time of ratification, Trish handles it all. We were kept well informed, never missed a step, asked questions, got answers and knew we were important to her. She was extremely quick to respond. AND! When we first connected with Trish, we were looking for a lot to build on and since we were 5 hours from KDH, we FaceTimed with her. On the day of our virtual tour, it was raining and cold. Trish STILL went to the lot, FaceTimed us while she stood in the rain and cold showing us all parameters of the lot! She stayed outside while we asked questions and looked at different angles. We were very impressed. Trish is very professional and easy to talk to. We highly recommend her. AND not to forget, that after the transaction, she will give you names and contacts of any resources that you need such as electricians, repair services and utility services. This is HUGE especially if you are not familiar with this area. You want her knowledge and her experience on your side!!!!
